Justin Wright, is our Operations Manager and will oversee daily operations, training and safety related issues.
At eighteen, Justin began his Professional Arborist career as an Apprentice with the IBEW and a Local IBEW Journeyman Tree Trimmer, certified to trim trees around high voltage power lines. He was quickly promoted to Foreman with Asplundh Tree Expert Company and later transferred to TruGreen Land Care to work with Scott, as a Crew Foreman.
Justin has been thoroughly trained. He also has years of well rounded, hands-on experience and manages daily operations proficiently and professionally. Safety is his number one priority. Total customer satisfaction runs a close second.
Justin also volunteers to help with the local ISA Tree Certification Exams and Climbing Competitions and is ready to compete in future events! His passion and dedication to his craft is endless and his natural talent is amazing. He loves what he does and so do we!
Foreman ~ Climber
Brandon is Justin’s younger brother and recently moved here from Northern Arizona to help us start TreeWise, LLC. He began working and training with Scott and Justin in April 2013, as a groundsman.
Learning from the ground up – Justin and Scott taught Brandon to operate and maintain necessary equipment such as blowers, hedge shears, chainsaws, stump grinders and our 12” chipper to become instrumental on the ground. As a Foreman, Brandon’s duties are complicated, as he is responsible for the entire work site including all tools and job site work flow and crew. He is in charge of our emergency action plan, should we need emergency services, as well as handling the public. He is also mechanically inclined and loves to wrench. Bonus!!!!!
Brandon is a loyal, dedicated and hard working young man. He will accomplish any task with a big smile on his face…no matter how horrible of an assignment it is. He has a pleasant attitude, a big heart and a bright future and we are grateful to have him on our team.
Foreman ~ Climber
Cristian was originally hired by Scott while working at TruGreen. He joined our crew a few months ago, as a groundsman and is learning the ropes to become a climber.
Cristian assists Brandon with keeping the jobsite organized and safe. When the truck needs to be moved, the saws need to be gassed and the wood needs to be chipped – Cristian is happy to help in any way he can.
Super human strength and an outgoing personality are among Cristian’s qualities. We are lucky to have him to compliment the crew and look forward to watching him learn and grow with the company and in his personal life.
